What is an Apostle According to Bible
Apostles are the twelve (12) foundation of Christianity. They are the twelve (12) highest judges elected by the Lord in the kingdom of God.
"And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel."
(Matthew 19:28)
"And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me; That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel."
(Luke 22:29-30)

Who are these (twelve) 12 Apostles
"Now the names of the twelve apostles are these; The first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother; Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus; Simon the Canaanite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him."
(Matthew 10:2-4)

The 12 Apostle are the most closest servant of God. They gained their positions because they leave what they have and obey until death with the Lord. For these reason, they sat on the 12 throne and ready for the final judgment.
"And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life."
(Matthew 19:29)

What are the Definition of 12 Apostles
  • Apostles are not materialistic persons, they owe everything in their Lord including their self's.
"Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. "
(Matthew 22:37)

  • Apostles hates everything! (It is a rule) Except God.
"If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. "
(Luke 14:26)

The Symbols of (12) Twelve Hours
The 12 Apostles being the foundation of Christianity, symbolizes the "twelve hours in the day" as mentioned by our Lord Jesus.
"Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world. "
(John 11:9)
The Day symbolize our Lord Jesus and the 12 hours are His 12 disciples not by night but by day.
"Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. "
(John 8:56)

The False Apostles
There are plenty of them out there because prophecy will not came true if this will not happen.
"For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ."
(2 Corinthians 11:13)
