Valentines Day : The Day of Hearts?

Is there a day of hearts according to Bible?

Is there any Bible verse that quoted Valentine's Day saying it is a day of heart?

Well, if we dig the Bible, we cannot see the exact words of Valentines day because obviously it is not Biblical.

What is Valentines According to Man

Saint Valentine's Day, commonly shortened to Valentine's Day, is an annual commemoration held on February 14 celebrating love and

affection between intimate companions. The day is named after one or more early Christian martyrs named Saint Valentine, and was established by Pope Gelasius I in 496 AD.

So that was Valentine's day was derived from Saint Valentine's day and according to man's wisdom, it was a nominated name for the Christian martyrs. So if we based that information in our present time, a valentine's day is not a hearts day but it is a "saint's day".

We already said that Valentine's day are not Biblical, it is a man-made-invention like what the Bible verse said,

"One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind."

(Romans 14:5)

Man had begun to love one day above another. They create February 14 for Valentines day but for February 15, 16, 17, 18 and so on are not. That's what the Bible verses said.

If you really want to do things Biblically then you must understand what the Bible quotes said on verse 6 of Rome chapter 14,

"He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks."

If we celebrate a day then we must celebrate it to God to give Him Honor and Glory, not by ourselfs or our own day celebration and if anyone still insist about celebrating Valentine's day, well, celebrate it not a day of hearts but a day of God.
